We're about much more than just golf swing mechanics.

We're working diligently to instill in juniors the life lessons of honor, integrity, civility, respect, responsibility and accountability that are inherent in the traditions of the game.

The Central Texas Junior Golf Association, Inc. (CTJGA) arose from a demand for affordable golf for juniors, irrespective of age, color, gender or skill. Through a collaborative effort with Sundance Golf Course in New Braunfels, Texas and with a grant from the USGA, free golf clinics are offered weekly and regular competitions are offered at a nominal fee.

CTJGA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation. All board members of CTJGA are non-paid volunteers.

Our mission is to "provide better access and affordability of golf to juniors while preserving the traditions of the game."  The success and effectiveness of the junior programs depend solely on fundraisers and contributions.  Every junior is invited and encouraged to participate in CTJGA events.  Any junior who participates in an event becomes a member of CTJGA.
